Friday: Slow Cooked Salsa Chicken
I believe we got this recipe from Sarah Fragoso over at Everydaypaleo.com.
Ingredients: 28 oz jar of salsa of your choice, about 1 lb chicken breast
- Put chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover with salsa(the best part of this is how you can try each different type/brand of salsa out there for vast differences in the taste).
- Cook on low for 6 hours
